- The basis is generated, versioned code — The sentence is computed live from the benchmark’s declaration by drywallDB’s equivalence rules — explainable, never a hidden heuristic. The Type A in Knauf’s “A & H2” is read as a labelling convention, so it never blocks a match.
- The benchmark — The board the others are measured against — here the specified product. Its column carries the tag and a faint wash so you never lose it mid-scroll.
- Upgrades are stated, never silent — The Gyproc board declares H1 moisture resistance — better than the H2 the benchmark declares. Moisture may equal or exceed, never fall below, and the upgrade is spelled out on the column.
- Matched on — computed, not asserted — Green chips list the benchmark dimensions each board’s own declaration satisfies; amber chips state every difference, weight deltas included. Nothing is glossed over.
- Your rates, priced in — privately — The figures here are fictional demo rates. Real rates are yours alone: never published, never in shared links, never in outward documents. With rates recorded, every comparison prices itself and flags the cheapest compliant board.
- Calculated values carry a mark — Siniat declares 24.3 kg per board and no kg/m², so drywallDB derives 8.4 from the nominal area — and stars it. The * marks every drywallDB-calculated value, everywhere.
- Every value cites its document — Each column names the manufacturer document and revision behind its values. The Siniat citation is the listing Siniat’s own technical services confirmed when their data sheet disagreed with it — provenance is the product.
